I started the E350, and it ignited immediately; but, despite registering 12.5 volts from the battery, it was unable to sustain the load. The 65 group size batteries are expensive.

I do not see any loose cables; I assume they are fully accounted for. This is located on the driver's side fender; I suspect this relay pertains to the presence of two batteries, one of which is auxiliary for the camper.

Have you inspected all the wiring at the batteries, terminals, etc., to see if any feed wires have been dislodged or improperly connected? This pertains to the 1996 7.5L positive battery cable, however it may be same.

I have inspected all fuses in the power distribution box, and none are damaged. Is there supposed to be electricity at the little wire on the starter when the ignition key is turned?
